My AP travel document is still under pending. I am asked by my employer to travel to UK, to save time, before I get my AP, can I apply and get the UK visiting visa in US now by showing my valid H1B document with valid I-94 instead of H1 visa/AP travel document/green card? thanks a lot.
My understanding is it might be ok since someone may enter UK first, then get US visa at UK during the trip. Any information would be highly appreciated.
