using AP vs keeping H1B, please advice.... sunnyhl122006-06-09 03:42:11

My 585 is under pending. I thought I still can keep my H1B status after I use AP since I work for the same employer, is that right? Same employer here means the employer that I am working for is the same employer when I apply for and use AP.
