Help: Perm and UIW, Which one I should apply? Frog20062006-06-21 22:16:25

My institution recommends me to apply Perm, but I must use the lawyer from institute and it need 10k. I also can apply UIW by myself, It is cheaper and I can hire my own lawyer. Please help me to decide which one should I take, which one will be more likely success. How long it takes for both types application. Thanks everyone!!!

If i were u, i would do both. Getting GC is more important.
