I 485 check list:
1. Filing fee: $325 for 14 years and older. $225 under 14 years of age.For latest form and fees,USCIS website
2. $70 fee for fingerprint for each member
3. Form I-485 –signed and dated.
4. Form G-325A –biographic information.
5. Form I-693 –sealed medical examination.
6. Copy of Notice of Action acknowledging the receipt of I-140 or I-140 approval receipt.
