Can H1 work for two job? blue

I am current working as a postdoc. My university is going to hire me to teach a course. The teaching is a part time job. Will there be any legal problem? Do it need a new H1?

By the way, my 485 based on EB1-EA is pending.

Yes, but you have to have another H1.
