H1B out of status? HELP blue_valley2007-07-07 05:03:04

Guys, My H1B was expired on May 15, 2007. The university was supposed to send my extension before May 15. Actually, the lady who is in charge of international staff and faculty said she mailed it out on April 14, 2007. However, I just figured out that she actually sent it out on June 14, 2007, after I checked with here about my H1B status today. So I have been working illegally from May 15 to June 14.

I was scared to death. What should I do, guys? My H1-B extension hasn't been approved. I suspect if USCIS will aprove it or not.

Please help.
