I am sponsoring my mother to apply for the Green Card in US. Her finger print was done twice but couldn't be used somehow.
We just got the letter asking for "no criminal record". I can easily obtain one for her is US.
What about the period of time when she lived in China in the past five years? Does she need the same document from China?
