各位大侠知道的请帮忙啊.
我5月底交上RENEW工卡的申请, A NUMBER填错了, 还好他们那里发现给改了,但要我补文件. 我补上的文件他们昨天也收到了, 但我的CASE还没批准. 我现在的工卡过期了, 我认识的一个人说, 工卡RENEW只能 FILE一个申请, 再申请一次的话必须在前一个CASE WITHDRAW的基础上.
我现在是很着急, 工作被停了, 在家等新卡. 大家有没人知道, 如果我再申请一次的话, 前一个CASE 必须要WITHDRAW吗?
下面是移民局昨天来的EMAIL, 原来是request for more information, 这次是说收到我的材料了,可是不是还有问题呢? 为什么不批准呢?
