Why does INS process 140-E3 so fast? gc8912782006-08-18 17:08:18

The guy from INS told me that E3 retrogression is world-wide. INS is feeling pressure on E3 retrogression. E1 and E2 restrogression are only on Chinese and Indian people. Simply, they don't care about it and they want to solve E3 firstly.

140 E3 only took a couple of weeks to approve now

我的EB3 140也是5/1/2006就申請了，到現在還沒有任何消息。。

不要什么都说种族歧视好吗?
