We plan to board Canada recently. I have a cuple of questions need to consult experts as you:
1. My hu*****and is holding H1 visa. If we board Canada and return within 30 days, does he need to apply visa to re-enter U.S. or he can use the current H1 one?
2. I went back to China and entered U.S. this January. I used AP which is issued last November when boarding U.S.. If I travel to Canada and re-enter U.S., Can I use the same AP?
3. When we arrive Canada, we need to apply the PR card. But it will be issued with 30 days and we can't stay that long. Can I provide a friend's address and come back without the PR cards?
