We applied EB1 and EB2 simultaneity in September 2005 in VSC. The EB2 140 was approved in April 2006, but EB1 I140 and I485 were transfered to NSC in May. Till now we didn't receive further information from NSC. Now I am worried that our I485 was boundled with EB1 in NSC and will miss the VSC date. Does anyone has the same experience or know how the I140 connect to I485?
