On June 18, we received email from USCIS saying they mailed us a decision letter about our I485 application. But till the middle of July neither me nor our lawyer received the letter. I then call the USCIS, from the automatic answer system I got to know our case was denied. I then called the customer service to request the letter, but everytime they said someone was working on it.
Here I would like to ask experts about what to do next. I thought to write to USCIS higher management the issue, but don't know the address. Is it helpful to write to congressman or senator like someone shared in this website? Please help!!!
Thank you in advance for your information!!!
