RFE responded August 15 (deadline 08/15).
09/12/06, welcome notice received, 485 granted.
Applicant's divorce attorney(multiplepractice), not his previous immigration attorney, handled 485 RFE. Cost $200 +$25. Divorce attorney said some documents requested by RFE were not applicable to applicant's case, asked applicant for additional documents not within the scope of RFE. Applicant could not get all the doc until 08/14. Attorney who's on vacation instructed assistant by email and phone to rush in RFE on 08/14 . RFE arrived in VSC on 08/15. 485 was approved in less than a month.
