Help about CPfor my parents Apriltwins2006-09-13 19:11:54

I am applying green cards for my parents through CP.My Dad was in air force before retiring, is that possible that my Dad could not get the green card due to army background.

I know the citizen has a right to petition the parents, is that mean every U.S. citizen's parents should get the green cards, Does CIS ever denny some GC applications?
