it confirmed that my case still under name check.the lady told me she will send the form I filed downstair ( the building called the frederial immigrant department or sth , not sure, in Newark, NJ) do you guys think it is useful. my case became current in July, filed in July, 2004.

Do I need to do sth, such as contact senator....
