我爸爸妈妈4年前拿到美国签证， 由於我爸当时生病， 未能去成，1年后我爸去世， 在后来3年内我妈妈连续签了3次，每次都拒，签证官也不看材料，就说不行，请问今年再签， 有可能签到呢？是不是我妈一个人更难签呢？ 还有上次用我哥的材料去签，想这次用我的名义来签可以吗> 谢谢！！
