Plan to visit friends in Canada. I remember within 30 days, we do not need visa to back to U.S.
But on Canada embassy websit, it says, if you have transferred visa in U.S, you have to get U.S visa in CAN even you back within 30 days, is that true in the real practice?
I transfer F1 to H1, my wife F2 to F1. Tks for any infor.
