我妻子的NC因为FP两次不合格而被要求补一份自己写的宣誓书(同时要求有居住过州的警察局"无记录"证明信).我们已经按照要求将材料邮寄回了VSC.网上也更新说收到了.

我的问题是这是否就意味着我妻子的NC已经clear了?

不意味clear,因为FP和NC是两回事，只是意味她不需要通过FP了
