I fill 485 with my hu*****and, and still pending. (his I-140 was approved).
Now my company can help me fill I-140. (I cannot file my LC based 485 due to PD is not current).
Shall I fill I-140? any disadvantage to my already filled 485?
Any suggestion is appreciated.
By the way, my LC (PERM was approved in 2 weeks, fill on Oct 26, approved on 9 Nov) .
