on line file I-90 (green card renew), can submit multiple I-90 u infoshare2016-10-28 18:19:13

Set up account on USCIS, and submitted my green card renew ( I-90 form). Then trying to renew for my kids, the screen shows:  "you have reached the maximum number of allowed submitted cases of this type". but I only have one case submitted. 

Any one has similar issue? how to resolve?
