贴子下沉太快，再问，递第二个485可能带来的问题， 白兔和各位朋友请帮忙。

已有一个跟从先生的485(pending more than one year).现在排期到了，自己再递一个485，会有什么坏处。

从2002年初到今天， 五年多了，真不想有什么差错。 谢谢。

没有什么坏处，只是多交钱而已

Co-ask：EB2通过了，申请485同时是不是最好再申请个EB1b（见内）

所谓递交第二个485后，移民局会要求withdraw第一个I-485的说法
