请教I485 status otem2342006-11-21 16:50:27

My I485 has been pending almost 23 months. My priority date was also become current in the visa bulletin since this May. My attorney has checked the status 4 months ago and found that it was stuck in name checking. I am planning to file mandamus soon. However, I just found the status changed recently as

"Review of the fingerprints taken relating to this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS has been completed. Processing of this case continues. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you."

Does this mean that my name check was done or not? My fingerprints were taken 17 months ago. Will I be asked to do them again?

Please provide some suggestions as you can.

This is what I suspect because LUD was not changed.

My update time did not change too.
