I got both RFE for NIW and EB1-A from the same officer from TSC after 4 months waiting.
the RFEs are general requests such as asking for more independant letters from my fields, my important impact in my fields and comparision with other peers. I felt my NIW is pretty strong and I had put all the facts into the NIW already, but he still asking for more on it.
Did anyone experience the same situation before(same person for two cases?), do you think he already got a mind set forming from me or just a matter of don't really care he want from RFE and just the excuse to reject me later?
I am wondering how is the approaches i can follow to reponse the requests from the experts in this forum.
