Does anyone know how to prepare the certification of completion and the graduate degree?
1. Do these certifications need to be notarized? I have copies of trans and certifications sealed in university envelopes (saved from back when I was applying for school in USA). Can these count?
2. If notarization is necessary, where to do it here in USA?
