My hu*****and just applied GC for her mom. He filed all documents this week. His mom wants to go back to China at the end of February since she has one year B2 M entry visa that will expire on 6/12/06. She will back before that. Please advise during this waiting period (before she gets interview or green card), is she OK to leave US. We are in San Jose. Thanks
