今天收到父母I-130 approval notice。 请问下一步NVC是先联系在美的我呢， 还是在中国的父母呢？大概要等多久。notice 上写“NVC will contact the person for whom you are petitioning concerning further immigrant visa processing steps" 但我查了坛子上的贴子，说“ 2) you (at USA) will receive the fee bill and Affidavit of Support (I864 和DS-230) from NVC, and you send them with a check3) NVC will mail Packet 3 to your parents in China (领馆会以中文地址寄出通知给父母, 送NVC的一份表里,填过中文名字和地址 )." 很是confusing. 因为父母现在不在家，在弟弟家住。不知是否要他们回去等。 请明白人指教。多谢
