有关绿卡申请中回国签证的问题 whitepiano 文学城

先祝大家圣诞快乐。有个问题请教大家。我在申请绿卡，属EB-2。H-1还有3年。LC PREM 和I-140批了,正处于待递交1-485的漫长等待过程中。家有急事要回国。请问现在可不可以回国？回美时，应用H-1签证吗？谢谢。

当然可以短期回国探亲，回来前要在中国签H1签证
