Could anyone answer my three questions about filling form 156 and 157? Thanks! Zane

1. Form 156 Item 28: Who will pay for your trip?
My wife and I will pay the trip for my parents in law. Can we just fill My file and I here or by themselves? which one is better?

2. Form 157 Item 18: Have you made specific travel arrangement?
If I fill no, is there any side effect? If yes, we didn't buy the airline tickets yet.

3. Form 157 Item 12: Dates of employment, There is not enough space to fill exact starting and ending date, is it ok just fill the year?
