1. What is nonimmigrant visa number? Is it the 8-digit number
or the control number on my visa?
2. In form 485 part3, there is the following question? "Were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration Officer?" I think the question is for my entering USA. Should I fill YES or NO? What does this question means?
3. For the application type, I should choose a) an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. and my wife should choose b) my spouse applied for adjustment of status. Am I correct?
