Has anybody applied H1 transfer recently? Can you share some of experience.
My H1 transfer package (regular processing) was received by USCIS vermont center on Jan 16. But untill now, the checks are not cleared. Is it normal? How long will it take to get check cleared and get receipt number?
Do I need to wait until I get the receipt number before working for new employer? What should I tell them in case they have been waiting for two weeks?
