Hi, XBT,

My current status is H1. I want to apply for Labor Certificate (EB). I heard that I can use TN status while in the process of labor, which can save H1 time. Want to know whether that is true. If TN is ok for labor, in which phase afterwards do I need to tranfer back to H1? Will the transfer-back from TN to H1 need H1 quota?

Thanks, XBT.
