My RIR EB3 LC PD2004 got approved Jan, 2007. 140 is pending at TX center.It's under the title of System Administrator

I just started a new eb2 PERM process and newspaper ads 3 weeks ago with a new title of System analyst in the same company.

The plan is to carry over the PD once the eb3 140 got approved.

My question is if I need to file a H1 Amended for the position change to support the new EB2 PERM and 140 later?
