Hi,
I've read many posts about relinking the pending 484 with different 140. Most of the successful story or attemps are relinking from eb2 to eb1 when eb1 is approved.
I have both eb3 and eb2 140 approved with the same PD (07/2004), and my 485 were filed based on eb3 07/2007. The PD on the newly approved 140(06/2008) carried over my old eb3 PD with the same A#, it seems INS knows everything going on with my application.
Do I need to send mail/fax to TSC ask for relink in this case like many others has suggested for eb2->eb1??
