My 485 got a update yesterday, My wife and mine case got another update today. Along with 2 old approved 140
My is Eb3 to EB2 case. both 140 has PD 7/8/2004 (Yes, the cut off date of this month, I was told the date is not inclusive. That's some bad luck)
Filed eb3 based 485 on 7/2/2007, Eb2 140 got approved 05/2008. I sent a colorful letter to TX center to request linking my 485 from eb3 to eb2. Never heard from it nor updates.
Hopefully, next week is my turn.
