Xiaobaitu and others, Please give some suggestion about my curre popo762007-02-22 15:12:47

I just notice that my wife's I-94 has a '01-27/2007 AOS' stamp after using AP to reenter US in 01/2006. She is currently using EAD (expiring this Oct) based on pending 485 (I am NIW and she is dependent, I140 approved) to work. Will the expired date on I-94 be a problem? Are there anything we need to do?
