xiaobaitu, I-485 REF Medical Exam, good sign? ggcc20012007-03-03 15:33:02

xiaobaitu and all,
I filed WOM in late Jan 2007. Yesterday I got the notice from USCIS asking for my medical exam which I did not with my I-485 application package. You guys think this is a good sign? It is been rough for me for a while. My I-485 has been pending for 3.5 years already.
Any thoughts?
