xiaobaitu, this is a long story. My hu*****and and I applied I-485 separately with our own I-140 respectively. So both of us are the primary applicants. My hu*****and's I-485 was approved recently. Any way that I can keep my current I-485 while link to my hu*****and's I-140 so that I don't have to worry about losing my job with my NC stuck?
I know this is probably a dumb question because A.my hu*****and's 485 already approved means that I cannot be a dependent anymore; B. different category, from the employment primary to the dependent.
But just want to ask you experts the possibilities. My lawyer knows nothing and does nothing once we paid her up.
