Case; file Premium I140 on 3/2/07. Today 3/8 received email from lawyer notifying RFE
Reason: Verification master degree is awarded and field
My situation: Pursuing two master degrees serveral years ago at school. One degree awarded with diploma, but not too related to my current job. The other complete all coursework and with a certificate of completion, but due to move out of the state, didn't go back to defense.
Perm approved and I140 filed with the latter major since it is closer to current work, Education list as Masters in ...(latter major).
Questions: 1. Prepare evidence of first degree diploma, even it is not related too much, is it OK? I guess I need to explain my pursuit of degree, having master degree, though the degree in petition is not awarded, but almost complete
2. Is premium still effective and case can be decided in 15 days?
