From company attorney, a receive notice from USCIS on recent filing I-140, I-485(my family AP and EAD, concurrent application ) has been received.
But the attorney forgets I-140 premium process. I am just told the attorney plans to file the additional premium processing fee with USCIS, requesting the transfer to premium processing.
