After check all AP information in this board, I got two types of understanding on relatioship between using AP back and H1B status.
One is: after using AP back, previous H1B status is still valid if you keep sample employer.
Another one: after using AP back, previous H1B status is not valid and you have to us EAD to work.
My question is
1. what is best way to keep legal status H1B(as previous) and easy to be back legally and safely, as well as better for pending 485 status?
2. After first finger print for 485, how I know my name check status?
