Name check, Case was not found in TSC singwhilewalking2007-03-29 18:39:07

I called TSC to check my name check status. The lady was surprised by what she found------There is no case record about my name check! I said no wonder my name check is pending for three years. However, the lady explained that she could not find my case is due to no feedback from FBI yet. Is this normal? Any feedback is highly appreciated! TSC, NIW, 485 filed in April, 2004. Fingerprint twice, Sept 2004 and Feb, 2006.
