I 485 is approved after 5 years (TSC EB2) singwhilewalking2009-03-29 05:40:17

I have tried everything:

Phone calls to USCIS: ~10 times
Phone calls to TSC: ~10 times
Emails and phone calls to congressman's office: ~20-30 times
Infopass: three times
Inquiry letter to TSC: twice

All of the above inquires have no use. Enough is enough. I finally gave up and decided to move on. I sent out AP application last Saturday. When TSC received my application (approximately on Tuesday), they cashed my check the same day and issued me the welcome notice on Wednesday.

What are they waiting for? My donation?!
