My last payroll check ending date was 2/28/07, it’s monthly pay period. I’m going to transfer my H1B to new company next week, my question is:
1.Could INS know I didn’t get payroll check for March 07? If they know, what will it happen for my transfer? How they could know?
2.If company I used to work for can provide a payroll check stub for March 07 ( actually no paid), can it help? And INS will know the truth?
3.Attorney said H1B transfer would online instead of send paper document to INS, is that right?
