Just noticed on the offer letter, it mentioned if you want find another part-time job, you should get company approved before.
1. I'm kind of wondering if I find a part time job in the future, and will file a concurrent H1b petition, if I don't ask the company approve, could the company know it? the company will get notice from CIS?
2.The company's attorney will file the transfer petition, will he notice CIS about the employee should get approved first to file concurrent H1b for the part-time job?
