My I-140 was approved on the basis of NIW. Currently, I hold H1 and my son has H4. I filed I-485, but my son could not file his I-485.

Now I get an offer from company and I must use my EAD. The problem is that if I am going to use my EAD, what is the status of my son to stay here? I am looking forwarding to your advice and help.
