I applied EAD based on F2 a few years ago. I am going to apply EAD based on I-485 soon. When I fill the I-765, should I check the" Permission to accept employment"? Another question is number 11. "Have you ever before applied for employment authoruzation from USCIS?" should I check Yes? If I check yes, I need to attach all documentation. Is the copy of all old EAD enough?
