Info: NIW,now 485 name check stuck for more than 2 years. Going to resign the work in US company and go back to China.
Questions:
1) Can I still keep 485 while using AP to come back to US in case USCIS informed me for green card interview. I can get another offer letter before interviewing to prove that I will work for that company which is in the same field as what I appy for NIW.
2) After I resign in US,without H1B visa, what status am I? I mean am I legal to stay in US or in China while using AP back and forth?
3) If I cancel my 485 and do CP in China, is there problem if I can get an offer letter for interview.
