NIW, TSC, PD 06/02, will file 485 on July 1. Questions are:
1) If my NIW 140 was processed by TSC, does that mean my 485 will also be transfered to TSC even I have to ted to NSC first.
2) Currently I work on non-Profit H1-B which will expire on 10/06/07, I have applied profit H1B which will start on 10/01/07, but not receive Approvement so far. Will that affect 485 approvement. Do you think it is good idea to new H1B receipt first, after H1B approvement, can I re approved I-94 (and 797)? Do I need to future employer's empolyeement letter?
3)If my EB1A 140 is approved after I ted my NIW based 485 on July 1,can I link my 485 to EB1A?
4) If Eb1A is approved by NSC, after I link my 485 to EB1A, will 485 be transfered to NSC ( I assume my NIW 485 will be in TSC at the time )
