我EB2的主申请人已经和我老公一起提交了485。我老公现在F1 OPT到9月30日到期，他的H1B已经拿到，要10月1日开始。我们打算夏天回国。我会用AP回来。我老公打算签他的H1B。我想知道他10月1日生效的H1B最早什么时候可以在北京的领事馆签证？如果我们9月初回国，他可以9月初签H1B吗？他一定要10月1日以后才能用他的H1B 签证回美国吗？
