Xiaobaitu and others, Can I only apply 485 without file AP and E seattle20062007-05-17 13:37:05

My 485 can only be filed through attroney based on company policy. But the fee for my family and AP and EAD for me has to be paid by ourselves.

So can I just file 485 through company attroney and then file EAD/AP by ourselves?

BTW, both me and my wife H1B still have two more years, do we need to file EAD?
